The parties and the subject of the agreement

This agreement regulates the procedures and principles between the Teklifalteklifver.com web platform and the companies or users who are members of Teklifalteklifver.com. The subject of this agreement is the procedures and regulations regarding the requests for proposals created with the companies that request for proposals, the web-based proposal receiving, bidding, and purchasing activities between the companies submitting the proposal through the Teklifalteklifver.com website, which is a digital proposal process management and purchasing platform.
teklifalteklifver.com, user companies can create a request for proposals according to the user accounts they have made in accordance with their field of activity, according to the authorizations assigned to them by teklifalteklifver.com, or bid on the created proposal requests. This contract regulates the procedures and principles of this process.
teklifalteklifver.com user companies accept, declare and undertake that this user agreement binds them by becoming a member of teklifalteklifver.com. Within the scope of this agreement, it is obligatory for all users who are members of teklifalteklifver.com to have the authority to represent their companies and to document this issue to teklifalteklifver.com when requested.

Definitions

teklifalteklifver.com: It is a digital platform where employers and business areas (suppliers) operating in the business world can create and make purchase requests within the scope of their field of activity or bid on the completed proposal requests as per their fields.
Employer: Users or companies that create a request for quotation for any purchase request.
Supplier: Users or companies that can bid on proposal requests created in their field of activity.
Standard Member: Members who create proposal requests and make purchases in line with their needs without paying an annual fee to the teklifalteklifver.com platform.
Premium Member: Members who pay an annual fee to the teklifalteklifver.com platform, create and purchase proposal requests in line with their needs, and can see and submit proposals based on their field of activity.
User: Companies that are premium or standard members of the platform or company officials who have become members depending on the company's main account.

Service Usage / Description

teklifalteklifver.com is a web-based digital platform that enables the exchange of offers between the employer and the employer, enabling employer companies to find suppliers and employers to find employers easily. The accuracy of the files and information of the request for proposal created by the employer companies is their responsibility. The accuracy of the bids of the companies that bid on the requests made in the same way is their responsibility. teklifalteklifver.com acts as a web-based digital platform provider, not responsible for communications between employer and supplier, contracts and business between users. 2 different membership statuses have been determined in teklifalteklifver.com. These are Standard membership and Premium membership. Companies with standard member status can create proposal requests aligned with their needs. Companies with premium member status can request proposals in line with their requirements, or they can see and submit proposals related to their fields of activity. After becoming a member, all companies must submit a company field of activity certificate if teklifalteklifver.com requests it. The information of the proposal requests created through teklifalteklifver.com will be given to the companies that are in business under their fields of activity via e-mail and notifications in teklifalteklifver.com, and it will be ensured that they bid. Bid requests created and submitted bids will be listed on the members' account page.
Companies that are members of teklifalteklifver.com can only use the platform to receive and submit actual projects or job offers. It is strictly forbidden to create fake proposal requests or share advertisements under the request for proposals on the platform. In such a case, the member records of such illegal users will be immediately deleted from teklifalteklifver.com, and legal action will be initiated against the user. Even if the user who acts illegally has paid the annual fee, no fee will be refunded to him.
Users who create a request for a proposal will upload the relevant files to file-sharing sites and share a link in the request form to create the request for a proposal. Important information about the offer can be written as text in the request form.
Companies that want to bid for bid requests will upload their bid files to file-sharing sites and share a link in the bid submission form. It is obligatory to write the total bid amount on the bid submission form.
At the end of the bid collection process, the employer company is obliged to notify that it has given the job by marking the employer company on the system. The comments to be made by the employer about the company that takes the job will be made with sentences that do not contain slang, in the form of expressing a positive or negative opinion within the framework of a certain courtesy, under business ethics and general moral rules. Comments made by the employer for the hiring company can be approved by teklifalteklifver.com managers if needed. teklifalteklifver.com reserves the right not to publish slang comments that do not comply with the general moral rules. The employer company accepts in advance that the Employer, who is the owner of the work, can make positive or negative comments about him or the work done at the end of the work. General Rules

Users who are members of teklifalteklifver.com will be expected to mark the information in which areas they can bid at the membership stage, according to their field of activity, from the My field of activity section on teklifalteklifver.com. Users will be responsible for the accuracy of the categories marked here. teklifalteklifver.com managers reserve the right to arrange the categories of users marked out of the scope of the company activity document according to the activity document submitted by the user.
The information contained in the requests for proposals or requests for proposals shall be under the general moral and business ethics rules. Otherwise, teklifalteklifver.com reserves the right to freeze or delete the violating user's account without refund the user fee.
Complaining about users and bid processes will be possible. If the complaints are justified, the relevant users will be warned by teklifalteklifver.com. If the same user commits a second rule violation despite warnings, the user account of the violating user may be frozen or permanently deleted by teklifalteklifver.com without any notice.
The relevant user account may be frozen or completely deleted without reimbursement of the user fee paid in any of the above issues, and teklifalteklifver.com also reserves the right to sue.

Fees and Payment Terms

There are two different member statuses at teklifalteklifver.com. These are Standard membership and Premium membership. Users with standard membership status will be able to use the platform without paying an annual fee. Users with Premium membership status will be entitled to become a Premium member, provided that they pay the annual fee determined by teklifalteklifver.com.

Premium member status users cannot request the total or partial refund of the annual fee they have paid in case they want to cancel their membership before the end of the yearly Premium membership period. In such a case, no refund will be made.

Property Rights

If users violate the contractual terms and platform rules, the user account may be frozen or permanently deleted by teklifalteklifver.com without notice. In such a case, users will not be refunded.
Users cannot transfer any of their rights or obligations to other users without the written consent of teklifalteklifver.com.
